See which new Pleasanton restaurant East Bay Times readers say has some of the region's best cookies.

PLEASANTON, CA — East Bay Times readers think that Denica’s Real Food Kitchen in Pleasanton has some of the region’s best chocolate chip cookies.
After the paper published a preliminary list in April, which included the East Bay Bakery in Danville, readers wrote in to give them even more ideas. At the top of the list was Denica’s Real Food Kitchen, which recently opened on Rosewood Drive in Pleasanton and also has locations in Dublin, Livermore, and Castro Valley.
The celebrated restaurant is famous as the best place for any kind of breakfast food, whether it’s a cookie, croissant, pancake, omelet, or French toast. They offer 18 varieties of cookies baked fresh daily, including classic chocolate chip, oatmeal chocolate chip, peanut butter chocolate chip, ube coconut, and many more, including a signature blue box of a mix of the most popular cookies.
