Pleasanton Teens Collect Cards For Seniors
HappyArt collects handmade cards and donates them to senior centers. Find out how you can help put smiles on the faces of older adults.

PLEASANTON, CA — A group of Pleasanton teens is collecting handmade cards to benefit local senior centers in an effort to put smiles on the faces of older adults on the heels of a tumultuous year.
"HappyArt's goal is to help support all those who need help and create a movement to empower others to do good in their communities," said President and founder Aditi Balakrishna in an email.
HappyArt was founded last May to "bring hope and shed light," said Balakrishna, who runs the organization with the help of Vice President Ishmeet Dhillon. The organization has delivered hundreds of cards to seniors and health care workers.
