Brian Jones, who is praising new federal action to address the long-running Tijuana River Valley sewage crisis affecting San Diego County. He describes the pollution as both an environmental and public health emergency and says he’ll keep working with local, state, federal and Mexican partners to ensure promised fixes actually protect nearby families.
