RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA — Are you looking for the perfect outdoor eating experience for you and your love this Valentine's Day? Rancho Santa Margarita's The Blind Pig opened its remodeled patio space for Orange County diners to enjoy the restaurant's new American menu and specialty cocktails — al fresco.
The patio upgrades took months for the Rancho Santa Margarita restaurant to complete. The patio is now equipped with a large central fireplace, brand new lounging furniture and tasteful landscaping.
The renovations also doubled the restaurant's outdoor seating capacity, a news release from The Blind Pig said.
