OpenTable, a restaurant reservation and review website, just released its Top 100 restaurants in America in 2021. The rankings are based on analysis of over 10.5 million reviews of restaurants across the country submitted by OpenTable diners.

Diners decided that one in Rancho Santa Margarita made the cut. Hannas Prime Steak in Rancho Santa Margarita is one of four Orange County restaurants that ranked among the greats. The Rancho Santa Margarita eatery is considered an essential stop in Orange County for modern American steak prepared with a classic, traditional flair.

Diners seem to be impressed with California in general: 12 California restaurants made the list. That is more than any other state - including New York, which has nine.
