Candlelight Vigil to Honor Slain Woman
Margaret Ann Goldberg—who went by Peggy Duffy—was killed Wednesday morning by her ex-husband, police say.
There will be a candlelight vigil held Friday evening in honor of Margaret Ann "Peggy" Duffy Goldberg, who was found dead Wednesday morning, in front of Goldberg's apartment complex in the 1200 block of Agate Street.
Police believe that Russell Scott Goldberg, Peggy Goldberg's ex-husband, shot and killed her Wednesday morning. Russell Goldberg fled the state, and he was found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound in the middle of Interstate 15 in Utah after a three-hour standoff.
The candlelight vigil will begin at 7 p.m. at 1234 Agate St. near the corner of Harkness Lane and Agate Street.
