Car Crashes Into Pole, Killing Driver
Redondo Beach police are investigating a fatal collision on Knob Hill Avenue.
A 76-year-old woman died Sunday morning after her car crashed into a utility pole in the 800 block of Knob Hill Avenue, according to a news release from the Redondo Beach Police Department. Nobody else was injured.
Police only identified the woman as a Torrance resident.
Officers are investigating the collision, police said. Anyone with information or who may have witnessed the crash is asked to contact Investigator Bill Turner at 310-379-2477 extension 2721 or bill.turner@redondo.org.
