Through this academy, students will gain the information and tools needed for success in the mathematical sequences of college classes required to graduate or transfer. The academy also provides students with another opportunity to avoid taking non-degree applicable or non-transfer level pre-requisite math classes by scoring higher on the Mathematics Placement Test.
Participants will be able to take the math placement test at the end of the academy. By scoring higher on the Mathematics Placement Test, students have the opportunity to finish required math courses in a timely manner and be on track to graduate.
