Extended family members of Jeremy Perez, the 7-year-old boy killed after a delivery truck backed over him in the parking lot of an on Artesia Boulevard.
Organizers will be selling taco plates. For $6, participants can get two tacos, rice and beans. Taco-only plates will be available for a lesser price. The event will continue until organizers run out of tacos.
All proceeds from the event will go to the Jeremy Perez Memorial Fund, which will help Jeremy's mother pay for his burial.
