Get $1 Smoothies at Jamba Juice Saturday
Proceeds from the promotion will be donated toward purchasing athletic equipment for local schools, according to the smoothie company.

On Saturday morning, Redondo Beach Jamba Juices will offer deep discounts on smoothies in honor of National Childhood Obesity Awareness Month.
From 9 a.m. until 12 p.m., all 16-ounce smoothies will be just $1 at participating California Jamba Juice stores, with 100 percent of the proceeds being donated to the purchase of athletic equipment for local schools.
Both Redondo Beach Jamba Juices—the Riviera Village location at 1755 S. Elena Ave. and the new South Bay Marketplace location at 1509 Hawthorne Blvd.—are participating in the promotion.
Customers don't need a coupon to purchase a $1 smoothie, but the promotion is limited to one purchase per person per visit.
