Police Pursuit Ends In Redondo Beach

CULVER CITY, CA — A police pursuit ended in Redondo Beach early Thursday, officials said.

Police activity was reported about 8:30 a.m. near Camino Real at Prospect Avenue, officials said.

"Redondo Beach Police officers are on-scene assisting LA County Sheriff and Torrance PD at the termination of a pursuit incident," police said. "There is a helicopter overhead assisting officers on the ground."

All suspects were in custody, police said. It's unclear where the pursuit started.

Traffic in the area was affected.

"Please use alternate routes," police said.
