Redondo Beach continues an annual tradition with the lighting of the menorah at the civic circle.

Members of the in North Redondo Beach lit the city's giant menorah Tuesday night to mark the first night of Hanukkah.

Led by Rabbi Yossi Mintz, the congregation served latkes, apple sauce and doughnuts to those in attendance before Mayor Mike Gin lit the menorah's tallest candle.
