Redondo Beach Police Investigate Hotel Homicide
Redondo Beach police asked the public's help as they investigate a homicide involving an unidentified man found dead in a hotel hallway.
REDONDO BEACH, CA — An unidentified man was found shot to death in a Redondo Beach hotel hallway and police are asking the public's help for information as they investigate the homicide, authorities said Wednesday.
Police found the victim shot in one of the hallways at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in the 2400 block of Marina Avenue, just west of the 405 Freeway, on Jan. 19 about 10:10 p.m., Lt. Shawn Freeman said in a news release.
The victim, a man in his mid to late 20s, was shot in his abdomen area and died from his injuries, Freeman said.

No witnesses to the crime were identified and the identification of the victim is still pending, police said. Redondo Beach Police detectives are attempting to identify any suspect or suspects responsible for the shooting.
