Thousands Turn Out for Super Bowl 10K

More than 9,000 people started their Super Bowl Sunday morning with a run or walk along King Harbor.

More than 9,000 people competed in the annual Super Bowl Sunday Redondo Beach 10K/5K, sponsored by Kaiser Permanente.

The event—which featured a 5K run/walk, a 10K baby buggy race and a standard 10K race—at the also played host to a Health and Fitness Expo (and after-race beer garden in the ) sponsored by Michelob Ultra.
