Camarillo Woman of the Year Arrested (No. 6)
Paige Jones Hibbits, who moved to Redondo Beach in September, was the 2010 Camarillo Woman of the Year and a 2011 Ventura County Woman of Distinction. She was also a former president of the Camarillo Chamber of Commerce and deeply involved in many community organizations.

Police also believe Hibbits was an embezzler. She's accused of stealing more than $400,000 while she was the chief financial officer and controller of Scarborough Farms Inc. in Ventura County.
She was arrested Dec. 8 at her apartment on Avenue G in Redondo Beach.
