REDWOOD CITY, CA — Without community leaders, Redwood City wouldn’t hum along nearly as smoothly as it does. We’d miss their contributions in big and small ways.

He leads us in an extraordinary way. We serve individuals with disabilities in our residential homes and day programs.

Why do you believe the community leader should be recognized or honored?

He is on many boards around the city and gives 200% of himself every day in every way. The most kind hearted man who has deeply invested himself in the future of helping others advocate and live a rich and full life.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the community hero?

Andy puts everyone else before himself. He shows courage in the face of adversity. He is fearless, honest and inspirational to all of us in the way he leads our company. His compassion is inspiring! We have over 100 individuals with disabilities that we serve each and every day and he helps every single one of them along with staff, their families and community boards and people of his city!
