Redwood City Man Arrested On Suspicion Of Molesting Stepdaughter
The man was accused of molesting the girl, now 13, since she was 7 years old without her mother's knowledge.
REDWOOD CITY, CA — A Redwood City man was arrested on suspicion of continually sexually assaulting her stepdaughter since 2015, the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office announced in a news release Thursday.
The man, 45-year-old Heriberto Rosaslugo, was accused of molesting the girl, now 13, since she was 7 years old without her mother’s knowledge, according to the sheriff’s office. Deputies and detectives began investigating the case on Sept. 11.
Rosaslugo was charged with lewd acts with a child and sexual abuse of a child.

He was arrested at his residence on Oakside Avenue without incident and booked into Maguire Correctional Facility on $350,000 bail.
