California Wildfires: Photograph Captures Boiling River Of Wine
The red wine has apparently spilled from a large plastic container that had totally melted in the wildfire.

SANTA ROSA, CA β Wildfires in California have ravaged the state's wine country, leaving dozens dead β the most in the state's history from a collection of simultaneous fires. As the fires burned, deadly scenes emerged from the embers.
One photographer captured an eerie and frightening scene at a Santa Rosa winery that showed a boiling stream of red wine. The photographer, Josh Edelson, told San Francisco Gate he was walking around the walking around the grounds of the Paradise Ridge winery with the owner when he noticed a large plastic container that held wine, which had completely melted.
Edelson told SF Gate he saw a pool of wine floating downhill and when he looked closer he saw that it was bubbling from the heat. "At first I didn't understand it, but then it dawned on me that the ground was hot and the wine was boiling with all that stuff smoldering around it," Edelson told the news organization.
Paradise Ridge wrote in a Facebook post Oct. 9 that the winery had burned to the ground.
"Thank you all for all the outreach and well wishes," the winery wrote in a post Oct. 11. "The Paradise Ridge family and extended family are all safe"
