Two Arrested at Rohnert Park Hotel

Police were investigating a car parked illegally in a handicap spot.

A Rohnert Park policeman driving through the parking lot of a local inn spotted a car illegally parked in a handicap spot.  While investigating the illegally parked car they discovered it had been stolen from Santa Rosa.  

While investigating the stolen vehicle, officers noted a woman walking in and out of a room at the Good Nite Inn.

The Santa Rosa Press Democrat is reporting officers discovered heroin and methamphetamine in the woman’s clothing.  They identified the woman as 20-year-old Michelle Lindsey Anderson, formerly of Petaluma.

Officers also arrested a 29-year-old Windsor man who they were able to connect to the stolen vehicle.  Michael Gutierrez was arrested for an array of alleged violations including possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of counterfeit $100 bills and parole violations.
