Carlsbad State Beach

  2. The City of San Diego and two major unions have reached a tentative agreement that would cover two-thirds of the city’s workforce. Members of the San Diego Municipal Employees Association and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees Local 127 will vote on whether to ratify the agreement, before the City Council votes to approve or not.   3. People call it ‘Gray-pril’ and are not happy about adding another themed month, such as May Gray and June Gloom, to the calendar year. The National Weather Service has reported that our region is in the peak of marine layer season due to cold water. Once the water warms, marine layer season will subside.
