Fatal Rollover Crash Slows Traffic On I-15 In North County

ESCONDIDO, CA —A fatal rollover crash slowed traffic during Tuesday morning's commute on Interstate 15 in San Diego's North County.

The crash was reported at 6:35 a.m. on northbound I-15, south of Deer Springs Road in the Escondido area, according to the California Highway Patrol's incident log. A truck crashed, rolled over and landed on the right-hand shoulder.

At least one person died in the crash, according to the CHP.
