First Responders Get Free Admission This Weekend To Sesame Place San Diego

CHULA VISTA, CA — Sesame Place San Diego is honoring community heroes by offering free admission to first responders this weekend at the Chula Vista-based theme park.

Police officers, firefighters and emergency medical technicians can get free one-day admission tickets Sept. 6-7 during First Responders Weekend. First responders can also purchase up to six tickets at $36.99 each.

During the weekend event, Sesame Place visitors will get to see Sesame Street characters dressed as first responders and meet local first responders from the community. The 17-acre park also offers Sesame Street-themed rides and water attractions, an interactive Sesame Street neighborhood, daily live character shows and a parade, and photo opportunities with the characters.

First responders must have a valid active ID and register online at ID.me in advance. Tickets must be redeemed by Sept. 7.

Sesame Place San Diego is located at 2052 Entertainment Circle in Chula Vista.
