SAN DIEGO, CA -- A busy Pacific Beach street was flooded with water Monday morning after a fire hydrant burst.
The fire hydrant sent water gushing into the streets after it was hit by a truck, according to an NBC San Diego report.
The incident happened around 11:45 a.m., according to the report.
