- If the City passes an ordinance banning camping on public property, where will the homeless go? Inspiration Point has been considered as a possible site, where two large industrial-sized tents could shelter 500 people or more. Mayor Todd Gloria wants an enforceable ordinance by mid-summer, along with safe sleeping arrangements for those in need. (NBC San Diego)

If you live in the City of San Diego, there are three ways you can make an appointment: through the Get-it-done app, by phone at 858-694-7000, or online at sandiego.gov/HazWasteSafeDisposal. Residents outside the City of San Diego can dispose of hazardous waste by contacting the County at: sandiego.gov/sites/default/files/legacy/environmental-services/ep/def/hhwcities.pdf.
