NORTHERN CALIFORNIA — As we head into the new week, we've rounded up the stories you may have missed Saturday and Sunday to prepare you for Monday.
But before we jump into Northern California's top stories, residents should expect warmer temperatures to start off the week, according to the National Weather Service.
"A slight warming trend will continue through Monday before cool and cloudy weather returns mid to late week," NWS San Francisco forecasters wrote Sunday.
In other news, four Bay Area high school students were killed and two were critically injured in a crash; a man was arrested after two violent road rage incidents; and an older man and woman were found dead in an apartment.
Also, Goodwill San Francisco Bay will close its regional headquarters and 11 stores and donation centers across the Bay Area, the San Francisco Chronicle reported. The closures come after the nonprofit's merger with an Arizona-based chapter.
