In some disturbing news, police say that an elderly woman in Richmond was raped and kidnapped by a man while they were waiting for a bus in Richmond. Eduardo Moreno, 30, has been arrested and charged with multiple felonies.
In other news, Petaluma police and firefighters are investigating why three separate fires have burned in four days in different locations in the city. Police suspect arson.
