San Francisco Man Wins $1 Million on California Lottery Scratchers Ticket
Breaking: The liquor store that sold the ticket will receive a $5,000 bonus from the California Lottery.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — A man won $1 million on a California Lottery Scratchers ticket sold recently in San Francisco, lottery officials said. Saed Nijem played the "50X the Money" Scratchers game on a ticket purchased at Woerner's Liquors at 901 Geary St.
He turned in the winning ticket days later at the California Lottery district office and said he plans to use the money on college education for his children. The liquor store that sold the ticket will receive a $5,000 bonus
from California Lottery for selling the winning ticket.
Lottery officials urge customers to play responsibly and within their budgets. Anyone who feels that they have a gambling problem or knows someone who does can get help by calling (800) GAMBLER.
