SF Man Found In Soma District Dies In Shooting

Paramedics were called to the scene and declared the man dead from his injuries after attempting first aid.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — A man suffering from fatal gunshot wounds was found by San Francisco police officers who were patrolling the SoMa District early Sunday morning.

Officers found the man lying in the road at Sixth and Natoma streets at about 12:15 a.m. and tried to speak with him. The officers then noticed he was shot and began providing medical aid, according to a news release from SFPD.

Paramedics were called to the scene and declared the man dead from his injuries after attempting first aid.
