Fairfax Selects Stephanie Hellman as Town’s New Mayor

FAIRFAX, CA — The town of Fairfax last week selected Stephanie Hellman as its new mayor.

Hellman, who previously served as vice mayor, replaces Bruce Ackerman, who remains on the Town Council amid a reorganization at its most recent meeting Wednesday.

Chance Cutrano was selected as vice mayor, town officials said.

The Town Council presented Ackerman with a gravel plaque in recognition of his service.
