SAN ANSELMO, CA — A Marin grocer with deep roots in the community is holding a competition between its two local stores this weekend, and it could get loud.
United Markets plans to hold dueling fundraisers for at its San Anselmo and San Rafael stores benefitting the Salvation Army.
On Saturday 12/18, San Rafael & San Anselmo United Markets will be competing to raise the most money for the Salvation Army. The fundraisers will be held at the stores on Saturday, the family-owned Marin company said.
