Letter to the Editor: AT&T Must Do Better
A resident expresses his frustration with AT&T's lack of communication with its customers since several cable lines were damaged with water last week.

I live on Linden at Crystal Springs and I've had no phone service since Wednesday morning.
The first call to AT&T said it would be up Friday by 9 p.m. No.
Then it was Monday at 9 p.m. No.

Today (Tuesday), the city said it would be up and finished by 5 p.m. No. Still no service.
It didn't even rain that hard last Wednesday. How did a switch box get flooded? What is this, 1920?

They better come up with a plan to refund money to people who lost out on business opportunities due to this outage. The phone company has been no help with this.
And, when you call, why do they tell you that you can fix your problems online? If we could get online, we wouldn't be calling.
