Volunteers Take Over, Brighten Up Allen Elementary

About 130 volunteers from two organizations worked on a service project at the school all Friday.

Wanting to do some good in San Bruno after last year's pipeline explosion, about 130 volunteers from T-Mobile and City Year descended on on Friday to clean up and beautify the school.

Murals were painted, the playground was re-painted, the amphiteater was rebuilt and a new school sign was planted.
