Law enforcement officials believe a teenage girl from unincorporated Hayward who has been missing since Thursday is with her boyfriend at an unknown location, but her family fears she may have been abducted.
School officials told Jessica Avila, who identified herself as the mother of 13-year-old Delicia Moreno, that her daughter had never arrived Thursday morning at Winton Middle School, located at 119 W. Winton Ave., according to Avila.

The Alameda County Sheriff's Office is searching for the teen, who is believed to have run away with her boyfriend, according to sheriff's Sgt. J.D. Nelson.
However, Avila said she thinks her daughter is with a 23-year-old family friend, who is not her boyfriend. She said she is concerned he will take Delicia out of the state.

However, investigators are treating the case as a runaway situation, not an abduction, Nelson said.
Avila said her daughter walked with her younger sister to Burbank Elementary School, located about a mile from Winton Middle at 222 Burbank St., around 7:50 a.m.
Delicia was seen on surveillance footage walking away from the elementary school after dropping off her sister, but after that she never made it to her school like she usually does, Avila said.
Avila said nothing is missing from Delicia's bedroom and that she does not have a cellphone.
Nelson said leads to where the older man may be with Delicia dried up after he deactivated his Facebook page today.
The man is also from the Hayward area, he said.
Through social media, Avila has posted fliers with a picture of her daughter and a description of what she looks like.
She was last seen wearing a 49ers sweatshirt, jeans with holes with black leggings underneath and white Vans sneakers.
Avila, with friends and family, has been papering the area near Burbank Elementary with the fliers.
Around 4 p.m., she said they were putting up photos of the 23-year-old in hopes of someone recognizing where he has been recently.
