Cargo Spill Closes On-Ramp In San Leandro

SAN LEANDRO, CA — California Highway Patrol is reporting that a cargo spill has closed the northbound I-880 on-ramp onto I-238. As of 11:55 a.m., drivers should expect delays and use alternate routes. There is no estimated time to reopen the on-ramp.
