Ebony Alert Issued For Missing East Bay Girl
The 12-year-old child was last seen on Sunday.
SAN LEANDRO, CA — The California Highway Patrol has issued an Ebony Alert for 12-year-old E'Mari Hay, who was last seen Sunday night in San Leandro.
She was wearing a black shirt, red and white pajama bottoms and pink Crocs when she disappeared.
Hay is Black, 5 feet 7 inches tall, around 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
