Growing Daikon Radishes For The First Time: Photo Of The Day

SAN LEANDRO, CA — Miyo Burnett is a Master Gardener, but she is far from a know-it-all. She enjoys trying to grow new varieties, and freely shares her knowledge.

She planted Daikon Radishes for the first time, sowing the seeds in November, "thanks to the San Lorenzo Library. Two+ months later - they are pretty happy and starting to flourish."
