New Brunch Spot Open In San Leandro

SAN LEANDRO, CA — Have you tried the new brunch spot that opened earlier this year in San Leandro?
Ellie’s Baked Eggs has a variety of salads, soups, sanwiches and sweets, but their signature dish is baked eggs. There are five choices on the menu from The Original, which is seasoned baked eggs over a cheesy bottom layer, to Skirt and Chimi Topped eggs. Each order comes with a choice of peewee potatoes, arugula salad or locally sourced toast from Acme Bakery. You may also add organic artisan chicken sausage, pork breakfast links, 2 slices of bacon or a fruit salad at an up-charge.
