San Leandro Man Arrested in Fatal Stabbing of Woman in San Jose
Officers arrested David Jerome Shackelford on suspicion of killing a 27-year-old woman whose name has not yet been released.
Bay City News — A 26-year-old San Leandro man has been arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing of a woman in San Jose on Thursday, a police spokesman said.
Officers arrested David Jerome Shackelford on suspicion of killing a 27-year-old woman, whose identity police are not yet releasing, San Jose police Sgt. Jason Dwyer said.
The stabbing occurred around 5:20 a.m. Thursday in the 1100 block of Terilyn Avenue near U.S. Highway 101. The woman was taken to a hospital where she was later pronounced dead.
