Shortly after Brown was shot, Oakland police asked residents on the neighborhood website Nextdoor to call an anonymous tip line with information about recent shootings in the 2000 and 2100 block of Harrington
Avenue, including shootings on June 18 and 19. But there are no records in public crime logs posted by Oakland police of any shootings in that area on those two days. Watson did not respond to questions about when the other shootings happened.
