San Leandro Woman Killed In Crash
Authorities released the name of a San Leandro woman who died in a rollover crash last weekend.
SAN LEANDRO, CA — The Contra Costa County Coroner's Division released the name of the woman who died in a crash at Sycamore Valley Road and Camino Ramon in Danville on Saturday. The victim was Sandy Hall, a 57-year-old woman from San Leandro, officials confirmed to Patch.
Hall was a passenger in a truck that collided with a minivan and overturned at the intersection Saturday at around 1:15 p.m., according to the coroner and the Danville Police Department.
San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District paramedics were dispatched to the scene, where they performed life-saving measures, but Hall was pronounced dead on the scene. The adult driver of the truck sustained minor injuries, and the two other passengers of the truck, an adult and teenager, were not injured, according to police. The minivan driver, the only person in that car, sustained minor injuries.

All were transported John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek.
The intersection was closed for more than six hours and reopened at around 7:50 p.m. Saturday, according to town spokesperson Jenn Starnes.
