MTA Gold Line Gates Stuck

Multiple MTA Gold Line grade crossings are currently malfunctioning in the City of South Pasadena with entrance gates stuck in the down position. Currently, the affected locations are:
- Fremont Avenue at Grevelia Street. (SPPD officers are currently facilitating traffic flow in the area by directing traffic around the gates.)
- Glendon Street at El Centro Avenue.
- Hawthorne Street at Indiana Avenue.
- Arroyo Verde Avenue at Sycamore Street.
The estimate for restoration of the signals is not currently known. Police ask that residents please use caution and avoid the affected locations if possible.
"Gold Line trains are running 15 to 20 minutes late today," as a result of the down power signals, according to a Friday morning Pasadena Sun article.
