Pasadena Among Cities with Fastest Growing Incomes

With a 9 percent growth in median income from 2007 to 2011, Pasadena ranked as one of the cities in America with the fastest growing incomes, the website NerdWallet reported recently. 

Pasadena's median income grew from $35,135 in 2007 to $38,281 in 2011, ranking it no. 20 in the country. The data was taken from the U.S. Census and 483 cities were studied, according to the story. 

NerdWallet also recently ranked Pasadena as the 10th fastest growing city in America.
