Peninsula Juvenile Sought On Gun Charges Leads Cops On Pursuit
Officers found the Smith and Wesson 9MM loaded with a round in the chamber and a full magazine, police said. The serial number scratched.
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA — A 15-year-old Peninsula boy sought on gun charges was arrested after leading officers on a foot pursuit, South San Francisco police said.
The boy was arrested on multiple felony charges and booked at Hillcrest Juvenile Hall, police said.

Officers last week responding to the 700 block of Linden Avenue on a report of a fight between several juveniles determined the suspect dropped a gun onto the ground during the altercation, police said.
Officers were unable to locate the juvenile at the time, but two days later an officer located the boy walking in the same area.

The boy initially tried to flee but was arrested after a short foot pursuit, police said.
