Person Rescued Off San Mateo County Coast: Report
The Coast Guard is searching for another person in the water, according to a report.
HALF MOON BAY, CA -- A person was rescued Sunday afternoon off the coast of Half Moon Bay. As of 3:30 p.m., the Coast Guard was searching for a second person in the water, according to NBCBayArea.com.
The news station reported that officials believe two people were on a boat that was seen "spinning in circles."
"Footage from NBC Bay Area's SkyRanger captured what appeared to be a Boston Whaler vessel spinning in compact circles over and over again. It is not clear what caused the boat to spin in circles, according to the Coast Guard," the news station reported.
