Alleged Drug Dealer Arrested In Marin Undercover Bust
Investigators said the man was arrested after agreeing to deliver methamphetamine and fentanyl to undercover detectives in Marin City.

MARIN COUNTY, CA —An alleged drug dealer was arrested last week after Marin County authorities allege he tried to sell methamphetamine and fentanyl to an undercover detective.
According to the sheriff's office, investigators learned of a San Francisco man suspected of transporting drugs into Marin County earlier this month.
During a phone call with an undercover detective, investigators allege the man offered to sell a half-pound of methamphetamine and an ounce of fentanyl. Officials said the man said he would deliver the meth first and return later with fentanyl.

When he arrived at the meeting location in Marin City, the man was arrested by SIU detectives. Investigators said a search revealed more than a half-pound of suspected methamphetamine, a small amount of heroin and a collapsable baton.
The sheriff's office identified the suspect Wednesday as Nathan Picco, who was on probation for a burglary conviction out of Marin County in 2022.

He was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to sell a controlled substance, possession of a prohibited weapon, and offering to sell narcotics to a detective.
