Highway 1 Storm Damage Repairs Scheduled This Week
Caltrans will begin work to repair damage from January storms along State Route 1 in Marin County this week. Here's what to expect.

MARIN COUNTY, CA — Caltrans kicked off a new slate of storm repairs Monday along State Route 1, with crews scheduled to work in the southbound lanes between Marconi and Millerton along Tomales Bay.
That stretch of road has had one-way traffic controls in place since early in the year, which will continue until repairs are completed in the summer. The project follows powerful winter storms that damaged infrastructure, requiring a new drainage culvert, retaining wall and shoulder.
Signs are in place to guide drivers through the area, and California Highway Patrol will be at the scene during the project.
