New 'Treat Walk' Is Friday In San Rafael
The inaugural community event will feature members from various city departments, along with plenty of free treats and games.
SAN RAFAEL, CA — San Rafael will welcome Halloween revelers to the city's first-ever "Treat Walk" on Friday, offering families a free way to collect treats, play games and have some holiday fun.
San Rafael Library & Recreation is putting on the event, which will also feature members from the police and other city departments.
The inaugural event will get underway at the San Rafael Community Center Friday at 4 p.m.
