San Rafael Chamber CEO Honored

SAN RAFAEL, CA — A San Rafael community leader has been honored by a local business publication.

San Rafael Chamber of Commerce CEO Joanne Webster was named Best Business Community Leader last month by the North Bay Business Journal.

Webster got high marks for doing what she could to help all businesses – not just chamber members – stay afloat amid the pandemic by establishing a relief fund.

Webster in an interview with the news outlet presented an optimistic view of San Rafael’s outlook as it reopens.

“We are open and welcoming people, again, and happy to see anyone who stops by,” she said.
