SR-1 Project Continues Next Week Near Stinson Beach
Caltrans will be out installing speed radar signs and flashing beacons next week near Stinson Beach.

MARIN COUNTY, CA — Caltrans will continue work next week to install a new flashing beacon and speed radar sign designed to improve safety on Highway 1 in the Stinson Beach area.
The work will require crews to drill holes and pour concrete foundations, and drivers who frequent the area should plan ahead for intermittent one-way traffic controls between Monday and Friday, from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Once the project is complete, drivers will notice speed feedback signs in two areas at Stinson Beach: the should area before Calle del Arroyo and the northwest corner of the highway near the fire station at Arenal Avenue.
