3 Women Burgle San Ramon Home, 1 Suspect At-Large: Police

Three women pried their way into a Pine Valley Road home Sunday, leading to two arrests, according to the San Ramon Police Department.

SAN RAMON, CA — Two women from Washington state were arrested and charged with burglary, according to the San Ramon Police Department.

Just after noon on Sunday, a resident on the 2800 block of Pine Valley Road saw three women in her backyard on her surveillance camera, and called the police. Further examination of surveillance footage showed suspects prying a door open to gain entry, according to police.

Upon arrival, officers saw three women running from the area. They managed to detain two: a 37-year-old woman from Renton, Washington, and a 46-year-old woman from Kent, Washington. The third suspect escaped, and police are still on the lookout.

Police said they found items related to the burglary in a nearby car associated with the suspects.

The two suspects, whose names were not released, were booked into the Martinez Detention Facility and charged with burglary, possession of burglary tools, conspiracy to commit a crime, and providing false identification to a police officer.

The two women also had outstanding warrants for their arrests from Orange County in California and Mower County in Minnesota, police said.
